This is a great way to take an amino acid that is not coated with tartar. It's free-form and it gets into your bloodstream quickly. I saw results with my diet and exercise regimen over a couple of weeks. I took about 1.5 grams (3 capsules) each morning on an empty stomach, but when you do this you will go through the bottle rather quickly.

I put my pills into weekly cases so I don't have to pull them out every morning. On the third or fourth day with this pill, they were covered in gel and sticky. I looked forward to the rest of the week and those pills had done the same. They were like a liquid jelly on the outside. I returned them.
