I have it on my car, each time that i hit the horn in anger while driving the sad but yet classic fun tune will make me smile and relax. Ever body show have one!

ok..so i decided to go with this brand because it was the only one that seemed correct to the actual tune from the dukes of hazard. I laugh now at the people who complained about them "not working" or the "sound is off" or there "not being enough hose". But what they all failed to do was put common sense into the install part of it. If you keep the horns close together and keep the compressor as close as you can to the horns you will actually have EXTRA hose!. as far as the bolts go..they are to WAY to short. You will be buying different bolts and nuts. and the head of the bolt must be the same size as the short ones or it will not fit in the mounting bracket on the base of each horn. you will also need a switch, 16 gauge wire, inline fuse, and wire connectors. I got all these parts at oriellys for 25 bucks. You will find it much easier to make a bracket of some sort to mount the horns on. then mount the bracket somewhere under the hood. I put one drop of 3in1 oil in each hole on the compressor before i even played them. did this because alot of reviews recommended this. and if its really cold outside.like 45 or below i don't play them because once again alot of reviews said the cold could mess the compressor up. so drive around alittle while to warm them up before playing. So at the end of the day the horns work very well and sound just like that in dukes of hazard..i hope this review was helpful.I know i read alot of them before buying. thanks for reading !

I ordered this as a gift for my son, who is in the service. He is having a lot of fun with it and loves it. It helped take the edge off not being home for Christmas. The only problem he is having is that he is stationed in AK and the compressor is getting too cold and not wanting to work as well. If you have a redneck on your list, this is a perfect gift!

after the tough wiring and instalation(which might have been easier if i just hooked it up to the normal horn but i put in its own switch) i can do the wiring in about 5 minutes now. but all that aside if you play this horn when its really nice and warm out its great. a few rules to note.

if the temp outside goes below 65 degrees F. take the motor inside. it doesnt work well after being out in the cold.

other than that rule, if you forget to take it off when it gets below 65. dont hit the switch... it will further mess up the horn. and you have a small chance if it got really cold out that it will work again. it does not like the cold. the cold kills it. they could have also made the horns metal so they dont break so easily.

It was awesome for the first few months. It sounded great and didn't seem too cheap. After about using it about 30 times over a period of 3 months the compressor broke. I haven't found a way to buy just the compressor so now everything I installed is worthless and just taking up space. This horn works great if you only want something to work for a one time use, but if you want something that will last I recommend trying to get a better quality horn.

Since politicians in America would rather perform one knee jerk reaction after another while turning a blind eye to criminals (unarmed my butt). I decided to pull a knee jerk of my own. Every time I see an "unarmed" thug on the street, I blast these babies.

Giving one star for now... Haven't hooked it up yet because it didn't come with any wiring.. why does it say easy to install if you have to get all the wiring.. i understand the directions say to use the factory wire on your horn but they should give the option of wires with a button so u can keep your original horn? more to follow... just opened the package 10/12/15 I'll be back to tell u the rest of the story...

I had the previous model of this same horn & it stopped working after a few months ... but this one has been installed a lot longer than the last one & is working very well. I did notice that the horns are slightly different so I assume they are of better quality now, at least it seems so.
