I didn't want the extra extended cup for toilets, I keep the toilet plunger to the toilet and this one is for sinks and bath drains. It is pretty enough to keep in a corner of my shower to use when hair builds up in the drain.

I went in to get my back adjusted today and my doctor (DO) pulls this out towards the end of my appointment, told me not to laugh, then proceeded to plunge my back! Mostly my upper shoulder area. IT WAS THE BEST THING I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Everything popped! Areas that have been so stiff for years that I forgot what it felt like to not ache. I'm a nursing mom, and have tons of upper back shoulder pain from carrying a baby (he's also my 4th, so lots of build up pain) and I walked out of there feeling like a kid again. She said it had to be this one since the cup has to be right to suction to your back and the hardness/softness of the plastic matters. So I just came on to Amazon to find exactly the one she uses. And this is it. I know you weren't expecting to read this kind of a use for this product, but go ahead and buy this, it will change your life! Your welcome!
