I'd gone to Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace, and True Value, all of which either had the mega boxes of these durable bags and were way over priced. I certainly didn't need 40 bags for seasonal leaf compost and the 20 bag box I received was more that enough to complete the job. I have found many uses for this highly durable, reuseable bag, that I rarely throw away. Its a waste of time to look for small quantites of this bag other than Amazon and you can't go wrong with the price.

I ordered the wrong item. I wanted a bag that would fit in my plastic trash barrel, and these bags were too narrow. They look pretty tough, and that would be good, I didn't try to return them because I had opened the box and removed one of the bags. I interpreted the return policy to mean that opened products could not be returned. I eventually found the bags I needed, and I will keep these around in case I have to bag something that needs a tough bag.

The longer size is great for tying off the bags (I don't use twist ties), and although not the absolutely toughest bag I've used, the material is a good weight and has acceptable durability if you are using it to store items in place. It is still, of course, vulnerable to scratching and tearing if you drag a heavy object in this bag across a rough surface. But used properly, it's an economical solution to storing lots of lighter objects in bulk. No weird smell either that you sometimes get with certain "contractor-grade" or landscaping bags.

Great size for storing items in the attic or shed because you can simply see what is in the bag. Bags are generally more flexible and cheaper than rigid boxes as well, and these have been great so far.

Will likely get more in the future.
