4.0 out of 5 stars An entertaining and organized Torts review, May 1, 2008

This review is from: PMBR Multistate CD Review: Torts (PMBR Multistate Specialist) (Audio CD)
I picked this up as a review and to study for my 1L torts class. It's been a great CD set to just leave in the car stereo and let run. I find myself thinking along with it, and trying to cough up the answer before the CD gets to it. The speaker sounds solidly knowledgeable, and very aware of how to lecture so as to be remembered. He uses many good pedagogical devices -- intentional simple repetition, changing the tone of his voice, etc.

Be aware, though, that this is mostly the equivalent of an outline of torts. There's not a lot of explanation of many terms, and not every concept is illustrated with a hypo. There are definitely some places where I wish it would be, but these are easy enough to look up on my own. What hypos are there, though, are entertaining and to the point.
