This is a genuine Motorcraft 16 lb radiator cap that is exactly like you would get from a dealer only for less money. Motorcraft parts generally cost more but you can't beat their quality and performance. Amazon saves me an average 20-30% on each part over dealer or O'Reilly's costs. As stated by another reviewer this cap does come with sticker on top but that is how mine came from the factory in 2003 and my sticker still looked as good as it did the day I bought my Ranger. This replacement cap is an exact replacement to my original cap from the factory and not a redesign. My reason for replacing the cap was due to a worn rubber seal on the coolant side. I have used a few non Motorcraft OEM style parts in the past but overall I am more satisfied with the original Motorcraft part if I can get it since they usually last me twice as long as other brands. The country of origin is not anywhere to be found on the package or the cap but it is not located on my original one either. The only country reference is the one stating that the package was printed in the USA. This part was for a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0L V6 gas engine code U but it also fits numerous other models so check the fitment code. I recommend this seller and will use again if needed.

Perfect fit, Good OEM part, fortunately never had an issue with over heating. Old cap was 13 years old amd the outer seal was cracked from age. My truck is a 2002 Ford Ranger Edge, 3.0 liter FFV, hope this helps someone.
