And for easy clean up, the interior's cooking surface is treated with a nonstick material. The multi-riveted, Cool Touch arch-vent handle pulls the heat through and away from the pan keeping it cool so long as it's on the stovetop. Note: Not intended for induction, ceramic, and glass cooktop surfaces. Because of the pan's raised, grooved cooking surface, the bottom portion is not entirely flat and will not lie flush against your stovetop surface, preventing the heat from penetrating all of your food.
