The mirror on our 2000 Buick Regal suddenly looked horrible one day. Something may have happened with the heated mirror function as it was all brown and burnt looking. In lieu of replacing the entire mirror assembly, we purchased this product. The product description said it was for the passenger/driver mirror and confused me a bit. I wasn't sure I was getting what I needed (just the drivers side mirror) as some of the other product listings stated it was for EITHER the driver side and some for the passenger side. When it arrived we realized it was a 2 sided mirror that can be flipped over for use on either side of the car. The stickers that came with worked nice and the mirror fit no problem. It looks and works great, even nicer than the original mirror appeared to be. All in all, a great product, and a nice price for an easy fix.

Junk! I installed it and it was wiggling. Then I had my mechanic install it and it still was not a good fit. I ended up sending my mechanic to the junkyard to get a replacement and that worked out fine: only costed $11 at the local PiC-A-Part.

I was looking for a inexpensive and easy fix to the side mirror on my 1999 buick regal. Researched and found on Anazon just an mirror face and ordered it. I would not recommend this fix for a heated mirror as mine was. A heated mirror has a liquid inside of it to conduct the current for heating and can be damaging to the paint and is almost impossible to remove the old mirror face without splashing the car,it will make ugly spots on a light colored car. If the mirror is unheated it works much betted. Heated mirrors
have a layer of clear glass on the outside and a hard plastic band around to seal in the liquid for heating and are very hard to disassemble for repair. Recommend for unheated
but not for heated. Hope this helps.

Exactly what was specified. I believe these may not have passed the test for the originals because mine came sealed in the retail package with some very minor scratches that don't stick out at all, or taint the mirror imaging.

This mirror is too large to be glued WITHIN the black plastic frame/border that surrounds the existing mirror. Instead, the edges of this mirror rest on the black plastic frame/border, which leaves a large air gap between the back of this mirror and the existing mirror. It would need to be slightly "trimmed" around the edges to allow this mirror to rest on the existing mirror. For the record, this review applies to a 01 Buick Regal with heated mirrors. I am also disappointed by the short return period, which I've missed and now I'm stuck with a mirror that doesn't work.

I got this item because it seemed like a cheap and easy, albeit it temporary fix for my mirror. Problem is it did not fit! I used the make/model/year utility, and this was supposed fit. It had the right shape, but was just a tiny bit too big to actually fit in. What a waste! My guess is that the manufacturing standards are too loose to provide reliable fit.

It is what it says it is, no thermal wiring on back, but it's a mirror and it fits my car just like it said ti would.
Double sided tape you can apply wherever you wish. Personally I put mine where there were no holes on the attaching side (the plastic part where ti attaches has cutouts).

mirror came today,and it does not fit inside the rim of the existing mirror but sits on the rim of the original,leaving a space between the two mirrors.It comes with 2 self adhesive strips,but they are not thick enough to bridge the gap between the two mirrors.Useless!Found out that the heated mirrors I have are 1/8th" smaller than these (why would any car maker do this!!!) Insanity on Buicks part.Got the correct one,and fits perfectly.
