The material is much tougher than the factory junk. Save your nice shocks/struts with these. If you need to cut it to length be sure to make vent holes. A thin metal tube or spent .22 casing with a light tap against a table does the trick.

ID of the large hole is about 52mm
ID of the small hole is about 32mm (this can stretch quite a bit around larger bump-stops with hot water, soap, and profanity)
Natural "on the table" length is about 290mm
Compressed within reason length is about 110mm.
Extended within reason length is about 375mm.

These are longer than what you'll need for most cars, but they're easily compressed down and zip-tied higher. Make sure to poke vent holes!
