My old rubber bumpstops on my 99 Trans Am were almost completely dry rotted off. Thanks from advice from LS1Tech I found these bumpstops. Took the back wheels off, unbolted the old bumpstops, took a sawzall to the lip on the bumpstop mount and bolted the new bumpstop in using the old bolts. Perfect!

Perfect fit for 85 CJ7. No hardware included, so I re-used factory bolts. But they fit well, 10 minute install. I didn't really need them but had recently changed out tie rod, drag link, shackle bushings and swaybar ends/bushings to Energy suspension red and figured I would install these just to match.

Perfect replacement for 2001 Camaro SS with SLP "Bilstein Ultra Suspension System". Just had to modify the SLP factory spacers a bit with a hack saw (took 5 minutes) and put on the new stops. What a difference from the original's that were torn apart. See my pictures.

I bought these for my 98 Trans Am and they give the bird so much more confidence over bumps. Installation was simple, just unbolted the old ones, flattened the mounts with a pair of pliers, and these fit perfectly!
I was worried that they may hit a bit to hard, as others had warned, but the rear doesn't bounce and there is no bang as there was before. I have no complaints after a month of use.

I bought this generic bump stop having read it can be made to fit on the rear of a 4th gen Camaro with some minor modifications to the car.

The factory Z28 bump stops used to be around $35 each. They were discontinued for a while, and when they were brought back they were $85.

Since my car isn't set up for racing of any kind and carries around 120 pounds of stereo gear in the trunk I figured I'd try these cheap generic polly bushings since my car is just a daily beater. Also my car has been lowered two inches so it hits the bump stops a lot on rough roads.

After hacking off a bit of a un needed lip on the inner fender well these stops bolted right on, and so far seem to be working well, and while they are a little more harsh then the originals, it's not too bad.

I'd still encourage anyone drag or road racing to go ahead and spend the extra on new factory stops though. Polly bump stops have just about no place on a serious handling car because they are almost always too harsh a hit and upset the chassis and shock the tires.

I installed theses on a 2001 Firebird. The original snubbers run from 35 each and up. They are made of a foam type material that rots away. This was probably to help cushion the ride somewhat.

These are NOT a direct fit. There is a locating lip on the wheel well that must be removed. And by remove, I mean cut off with a sawzall. Just takes a second with a metal cutting blade. I was concerned about this, but as others have said....not an issue at all.
