Nice looking faucet - somewhat difficult to install - one issue is the fitting connecting the two valves to the faucet is a bad design. In turn using a all tread pipe so the fitting needed a rubber gasket to make the seal. That is all find but the threads do not line up when tightening the fitting. In order to get it tight so it wouldn't leak I had to turn it so the hose connection was facing the bowl of the sink, making it difficult to impossible to connect the hoses and keep it tight. In order to correct the issue I needed to load it up with tape and pipe dope. Just using tape it leaked every time. Keep that in mind this is a bad design in my opinion, they should use a smaller fitting at the bottom or use a male fitting.

Otherwise the faucet works great and is very nice looking.

Good for the price, but it isn't a "name brand" nor as easy to install.
Fit and finish is quite good, with the "brass" being a bit "copper" looking and well finished, so if you're in the market for a two tone faucet it's well worth a look.
Four stars though for the install/fit. You'll need a quantity of good plumber's tape at every single threaded fitting, then test and plan to add more. I dare say it's got more tape than the rest of the faucets in the entire house combined.
Once set up, though, it works well, and has been fine for the past couple of months.

Terrible product - ordered 4 faucets of the same type. One didn't have all of the parts, and the other one was defective. Sent both back. The ones I received as replacements were defective. Two that are installed are very slow and will need to be replaced. I have spent over $1000 to install these faucets. This product should not be offered on Amazon.

I've just installed two of these. Installation was as to be expected. I am not sure what others are complaining about as this is in line with Kohler and other product installations. I am giving it the four star rating because the cold water valves are higher than the hot water valves with threads showing between the chrome base and the brass base. If this is adjustable, it is not clear from the instructions and I can't see how to adjust it post installation. Further, the black gaskets at the base of the handles fall out and it is not clear where they go. Kingston should tape or cement them in place. Now that I see where they go, I am not going to remove the valves to put them in place. All in all, I am very pleased for the price and they fit my Kohler sink/drain fine.

EXCELLENT quality, heavy and with a very smooth operation and nice flow of water. I ordered this in a rush because my builder needed it and I had accidentally ordered a faucet of the wrong size, and it was very difficult to find a two tone faucet, which I needed for my bathroom. I had never heard of this company and told my builder, "I have no idea whether this is going to be any good," but when I told him the name of the company he assured me that the faucet would be of excellent quality - and it is.
