I added a male quick coupler to the butt end of the gun (my air hose has females on both ends), and added a 1/4" NPT Male x 1/4" ID Hose Barb Fitting plus another brass fitting to dip end of the liquid hose to give it some weight. Used the gun today to spray WD40, mineral spirits, Simple Green + hot water, and then water to get grease and road grime off of my motorcycle and it worked really well. (Some brushing required; it is not a pressure washer.) I even turned down the air pressure to 40 psi and still had plenty of coverage. Be aware that this gun atomizes liquids, so solvents should be sprayed outdoors. Now I can spray anything straight out of a gallon can or 5-gallon pail. It is like having an unlimited supply of expensive spray cans... only better. Forney 75360 Brass Fitting, Barbed Hose End, 1/4-Inch Barbed Hose End-by-1/4-Inch Male NPT Hose End

A great product at a reasonable price. Works well for spraying mineral spirits to clean grime off of equipment. It would be a little more useful if it had a threaded nozzle so you could attach a length of tubing to really get into some tight areas, but it's still good at it's job.

It's very frugal with whatever liquid you spray and passes enough air pressure to blow the crud off after soaking after a few minutes.

Only reason this gets 2 stars and one 1 is because it does "function". It functions poorly. The spray is WAY too wide and did not do nearly what I needed it to do to spray off engines, parts, gas tanks etc... Again, the spray was way to wide. I bought a Harbor Freight one for $9 the other day, it COMPLETELY out-performs this one. I bought this because it was highly recommended and actually suggested from another Amazon siphon spray blow gun, but I was sorely disappointed. If you need a wide spray, it MAY work. But I would not recommend this for a friend.

I use this at a Honda dealership clearing up either oil accidently spilled, or clearing up an engine to start oil leak diagnostics. It does a great job with brake clean and acrysol and gives a roaring jet that sprays widely with a lot of power. I wish there was a way to adjust the amount of solvent that gets pulled through, but I believe only the super expensive siphon blow guns have that feature...

I suggest zip tying a weight or nut to the end of the hose so it stays in the solvent while in use.. The hose likes to coil up a lot when in a container and will cause solvent siphon to stop annoyingly.

I bought this primarily to use as a light-duty abrasive cleaner using baking soda. It's well made, has an extra long hose, and works as advertised. The only improvements that would make my job easier would be a slightly longer nozzle to get in those tight spaces and a shorter tube between the valve and tip to make it more manipulative. It looks like a 3/8" threaded tube so I'll be on the lookout at my local hardware store.

THIS IS AMAZING! Ok so it does burn through liquid quickly, but it did a fantastic job at it. I wish we could adjust the tip or thread in something else. Maybe ill DIY that later on. However this is a nice cheap little tool for cleaning up things. Hell you could use this for a few other things as well. You could liquid glitter quickly with this Wish this came with a few basic connectors but we had a fitting laying around.

Nothing special, it draws water ok, wish it drew more water for the amount of air. I use it to clean my mountain bike when it's muddy. Would be nice to have a weight for the end of the tube to stay in a bucket.

Powerfull i work in a shop and sometimes i want to show my customers i appreciate. There business. And i may wash there rims or catch small stains etc. This thing blased the $!#@ out of some rims compared. To others iv seen. Iv washed my motorcycle at work with this bug guts and all gone and used my blow gun to dry even though u can use this to but its all about style and most ppl want to see the show of various tool. Customers that it lol.. love it first day i used it almost 20x rims decrease. Adj and clean rear brakes no problem. And for the price it could be better ....
