Enriched Macaroni Product(wheat Flour, Glyceryl Monostearate, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate[iron], Thiamine Mononitrate[vitamin B1], Riboflavin[vitamin B2], Folic Acid) Cheese Sauce Mix (Whey, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Modified Food Starch, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Milkfat, Milk Protein Concentrate, Calcium Phosphate, Contains less than 2% of Medium Chain Triglycerides, Sodium Tripolyphosphate Citric Acid, Sodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid, Milk, Apocarotenal [Color], Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Artificial Flavor, Enzymes, Cheese Cultures).

Directions

Separate pouches before preparing. 1. Pour macaroni into 2-cup bowl, add 2/3 cup water. 2. Microwave, uncovered on High 3 1/2 - 4 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Do not drain, some water remaining in bowl is desirable and necessary to make cheese sauce. 3. Add cheese sauce mix; mix well. If cheese sauce appears thin do not put back in microwave. Cheese sauce will thicken upon standing.

Mac & Cheese is a staple for my 3 year old. Grocery shopping is a pain with a 3 year old and a 20 month old. When I saw this and with the coupon it was the same price as the grocery but I didn't have to load them in the carseats. Plus I got it in two days with Amazon Prime. Now I have a 3 month supply which compacts nicely when taken out of the boxes. I am very happy with this item and my 3 year old LOVES IT.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that each of the 12.9 oz. box have 6 individual serving packs in it. I give 4 stars because the instruction is for microwave oven only. But it doesn't take much to figure out how to do it on the stove top. The recipe call for 2/3 cup of water, mine was very dry and have to add more. I now make it with a cup of water. It take only 3 minutes.

The taste and texture is like what you make on the stove top, very good. One pack is enough for lunch, or late night snack. When cooked, it is about 8 oz. portion. The individual serving pack is very convenience to take with you anywhere if you have a microwave oven near by.

The expiration date on mine is Nov. 2007. Not very far, but I think they will be all gone by then.

I've always loved kraft macaroni and cheese so I had to try this. It tastes just like the normal kind and is super easy to make. it is perfect for one person too.

You can't get much better than a whole case of Kraft Easy Mac delivered right to your door at a great price! We sent this order to our son at UNC Chapel Hill. It turned out to be a delicious and great timesaver for him & his dorm mates.

While we are generally a fairly health-conscious family, the Easy Mac has become a staple at our house. We often will mix it with tuna or organic chilly to create quick, easy, and delicious lunches. The single serving is EXCELLENT for those of us who are into portion control. The serving is also perfect for children- it gives them just enough but not too much. For our area, the price here at Amazon is MUCH cheaper than buying it at the store.
