If you are making beer, this is what you need. I know there are other sanitizers out there, but this one seems work. Some sanitizers are only for glass, but this seems to work on everything. The only downside, and it is minimal, is that it will slightly stain your white buckets. However, this staining does not affect anything other than the color of your bucket, and I have heard you can remove this by soaking your buckets overnight with some bleach and water. At first it's hard to believe that you don't need to rinse, but you really don't have to. It seems to dry quickly as well.

Love this stuff it works in two minutes- No longer do you have to wait 30 minutes to get started on brewing.
Only con to this and it's really not that big of a deal is that it really stains clothing and brewing equipment. But that doesn't affect anything other than look of fermenter etc.

Great stuff, just pour a bit into a bucket with hot water, submerge the stuff you want sanitized and wait a bit and presto. I understand you don't even need to rinse the stuff off because it is non toxic, but I always do. no chemically Odor lingers or anything. It will stain cloth though so beware.

I had thought this was the "normal" size bottle of idophor and was very disappointed when I received it. My fault for not reading the description. The product itself worked fine, got me through two batch of beer. Luckily, a homebrewing supply store opened not more than half a mile from me just this month. No more shipping costs for me!

This is an awesome product. The bottle I have will probably last nearly forever at the rate it gets used. I am using it not only for my winemaking but also for general surface sanitizing when it really needs to be clean (like after cutting up a chicken).

Purchased for sanitizing glass for special bottling... it get's the job done along with a good drip-dry. Though I don't have much experience with various products, this seems like a quality job for the quantity at its price.

Serves my needs and didn't stain my white bucket as bad as other reviews insinuated. I wish they let me know what ppm I should be using for what applications in the directions.
