This is my second pair of New Balance slip-ons. They hopefully will not be my last. I love them. No break-in period needed. Ideal for in-doors; easy slip-on for outdoors. Excellent product.

excellent product... this is my 3rd pair.. they wear better than any other shoe I've previously purchased.. I just hope NB doesn't discontinue

It turned out that the first pair of shoes didn't fit right. I called them and they had the next size in stock and sent it right away with a return label for the first pair. They credited my credit card for the first purchase and all is well. Too bad they didn't have the same shoe in another color.
