Genie Davis is a produced screen and television writer. Her work spans a variety of genres from supernatural thriller to romantic drama, family, teen, and comedy. She's written on staff for ABC-TV's Port Charles; written, produced, and directed reality programming and documentaries for The Learning Channel, PBS, and HGTV, as well as numerous television commercials and corporate videos. Her novels include The Model Man, January ‘06, romantic suspense, her first book in a mass market debut with Kensington/Zebra; Dreamtown, noir, December ‘01, The Fiction Works. Her romantic suspense Five O'ClockShadow will be released by Kensington/ Zebra January 2007, and her novella Rodeo Rider will be released in The Cowboy collection under the name Nikki Alton by Kensington/Aphrodesia, July, 2006.

Very different vibe to it than The Model Man. Really liked it. Touching. The writer says its noir, and I guess it is. Edgy but sweet in the end.
