Cruxis is a great reel: Light weight, smooth drag, instant lock for solid hook-sets, fits well in average size hands. When adjusted correctly, casts into wind without spool overrun. I have found that it cast 20lb.Power Pro line better than 20lb. Fire Line. Happy fishing :)

This is the best reel I have owned! VERY smooth - Casting with this reel, hands down is very noticeable easy. The breaking system makes all the difference, compared to a magnetic system there is a noticeable difference. I don't birds nest at all and when hooking on to a big trophy bass I don't have to worry about my equipment failing in the moment of truth. I am recommending all my bass buddies to pick one up.

did I mention the price was very affordable for what you get?

I will be back to buy another one.
