Overall, the Cross Crunch is a nice product. The resistance bands that come with the product are very sturdy and give you just enough resistance to give you a good workout. The only complaint I would have is that if you don't have a bench or some kind of long, flat surface in your home, its hard to use it because you don't put it in-between your legs like other items. Other than that, it is a nice product and you can start to feel the results after just one week!!!

This is my second cross crunch exerciser. I used the first one faithfully for 3 years until it finally broke! Along with a good diet, going to the gym and using this exerciser (instead of doing the 'dreaded' crunches and situps)...I was able to lose more inches around my waist and 'gut' than ever...I'm back for more. I love this item, you can store it in a small space like a drawer when not in use.. Great work out for the abs.. Was really worth buying I was very skeptical cuz most products that are as seen on tv dont work or just not worth it.. This product is worth it..

It seems to work , only problem is the bands break after a couple of weeks. If there is a way for the bands are made to last or cross crunch offer a band replacement guaranty the product would be much better.

This is my 4th one... It needs more bands included, and if I could get one made from aluminum with 10, 15 bands of more variety included, I'd be much more satisfied.

I have gone through two of these in six months. The resistance band snaps after a couple of months of use. They should include extra bands and lower the price and I am not even sure it does anything anyway.

I first found this ITEM at walmart. Apparently someone had ordered it from WM online
and had returned it to the store. The 1st one I obtained worked well but I really
wanted to trim frontal belly FAT and by improperly using this device IN FRONT,
I develeped an umbilical hernia. Use it only to the sides. Works OK. I tried
ordering a 2nd one from WM online and an unscrupulous company had bought out the
rights to this from Wal Mart and was charging $19+ for shipping. The company selling
this through Amazon is the same bunch of scumbags that were charging the $19+ for
shipping,but Amazon made them lower the price to $6+ change for shipping and it took
10 days to arrive.
