The DB200 combo is a perfect addition to my sonic boom bedroom clock w/bed shaker without having to deal with two separate power sources in my tiny living room. Having limited electrical outlets made configuring a complete signaling system a challenge but Sonic Alert solved that problem with the DB200. This unit connects with all my other sonic alert receivers perfectly so I am alerted to the phone or door bell no matter what room I'm in & even when I'm sleeping.No more constantly looking out the window, sitting near the door waiting for a delivery or guest to arrive. No more missing important phone calls. Makes life easier of me, my family & friends.

My home office is in the back of my house and when there is too much going on or I'm concentrating, I don't always hear the doorbell. When I'm expecting a package that I must sign for, I waste a lot of time trying to listen for the doorbell, and not always successfully. The Sonic Alert DB200 has taken a lot of the stress out of my life, especially around the holidays. Very easy to hook up and works as advertised. I opted for the wired install, just so I don't have to worry about batteries. Love this product!

I loved it at first, after 9 mos the battery died, Im presuming, it never failed me I always tested the night before or the day of deliveries, lately getting deliveries and they are not ringing doorbell, so I changed battery. After 1 time you need to wait a few seconds for another time, Im going to try to get a better battery and see if that helps, otherwise Ill buy another one and send this one back .. I cant be without and sonic alert, in the past has never answered my other emails, or phone calls on remote receivers.

Olivabel its not your fault, however, I would prefer to order a new one and send this back there is 5 year warranty however, how to get in touch with sonic alert, is impossible. I would repurchase in a minute.

Great little product. Installs in minutes and use as chime or plug lamp into it and it flashes lights when button is pressed. No wiring needed, just plug into electric outlet. I was disappointed the intercom capability requires additional purchase. I thought that was also included but the literature tells you it is an optional feature.
