I got what I deserved when I bought this product. For $80 I thought it was going to be amazing, but it turned out to be a piece of plastic with no name plate and a really bad pen. I was so unhappy with this product that I sold it on ebay for ($20) and got a cheap pen holder made by bluestone for ($40) which is twice as good and has a really good pen. The only reason I gave it two stars was because I like the cross company and did not want to make them sound totally bad.

5.0 out of 5 stars cross desk set, January 20, 2008
I bought my first cross pen back in 1972, ever since then cross has
been my pen of choice. Presently I work as an RN in a crisis unit
which requires a great deal of writing. I find its easier to obtain
a pen from a desk stand to use. This desk stand is well made, comes
with the quality that I expect from cross. The name plate is
stylish with simplicity.

I would recommend this product to anybody
