This same unit locally at the home improvement stores is about $25 higher, plus tax of course, so the Amazon deal with free shipping, a $25 promotional deal at the time, and no tax, net price 124.95 delivered to my door saved me about $40. Ordered first week of Dec, said ETA would be after Jan 1, but actually got here much faster about 3 weeks sooner which was great.

My issues with it: Replacement filters and prefilters are expensive, hopefully they last a long time. It's not very quiet flowing on med, and high speed is too noisy to use for my living room. I have to keep it set on the lowest fan speed setting to be quiet enough to live with, so at that rate it isn't moving as much air as I had hoped it could do quietly as the Quietflo name and "whisper quiet" in the description implies. It also makes an audible hum sound I can hear when it runs, and vibrates a little like the fan or motor is slightly off-balance, even on low, along with the air rushing sound. The main HEPA filter fits very loosely and when I took it out after a couple of weeks I can clearly see some traces of fine dust leaking around the edges of the filter seal. They could certainly improve that seal with little or no additional cost. Only thing that presses and holds the filter into the frame it fits in is the charcoal odor prefilter resting against it when the front grill is attached. They should have made it so the HEPA main filter is better secured and sealed. But it doesn't leak dust too bad. An OK filter for the price.
