So my sister introduced me to these. She's always had pretty clear skin, with an ocacional break out, maybe around that time of the month, but she was never really acne prone (like me). All of a suden, she was covered in cystic acne. Huge pimples wich even left marks on her once beautiful clear skin. Needless to say, she was histerical about this. Tried every over the counter cream, lotion, you name it. Nothing worked. She had to go to the doctor and ended up using Retin-A. Wich is the only thing that worked, but at a $125 dollars a tube it was hefty. Not to mention it worked, but didn't clear it 100%.

Well, I don't know what possesed her one day and she decided to give these a try, eventhough nothing over the counter seemed to work. Well! what do you know? Not only did these work, but it worked better than the Retin-A. Even the marks went away. Her face became totally clear. Having paid $125 bucks for the Retin-A, this was a steal.
She got me on them and they worked great for me as well. Although I didn't use them every night, but every other night. I no longer use them, because ever since I started to use organic jojoba oil as part of my cleansing routine, and under my moisturizer and mineral make up, I no longer break out. So I don't need them. But if I needed them for any reason, I would definitly get them again. They may not be for people with regualar, or dry skin. But if you have oily skin and/or problems with cystic acne, give these a try. You might be in for a nice surprice. If they dry you out, follow treatmente with a few drops of organic jojoba oil. That should do it.

P.S My sister recently discovered that the reason for her suddern crazy break outs, was ovarian cysts. Her new dermatologist took one look at her when she walked in the door and immediatly said "you have cysts!". This condition also caused her to gain weight, and it caused her hair to start falling out. So if you have any of those symptoms, have you gyno check you out

I've had very oily skin on my face since I was a teenage. As an adult now, this has been the BEST product on the market I've found and I've tried all kinds of products to control the oil on my face (believe me you don't want to know how many). I place some in the palm of my hand and apply on my face in the shower in the morning and wash off with a washcloth / rinse off further with the shower water. Use just a little. You don't need a lot (about the same amount as the toothpaste you use on your toothbrush). Then, I use it again in the evening before bed and before I apply a mild acne treatment (2.5 percent Benzoyl Peroxide - Neutrogena On-the-Spot acne treatment). This has managed to keep my skin looking the best overall.

Now keep in mind, this is not a face wash for people that do NOT have oily skin or are prone to having their skin dry out normally by washing their face with just a mild soap (but this is just my opinion). This is more like an "Oil Control" face wash for people with oily skin like me. Also, remember that nothing will keep your face oil-free all day long for those of us with very oily skin our faces. Oil glands in our faces are working all the time, so you may need to facial tissue to wipe off excess oil during the day.

I have sensitive skin, live in a dry climate, and I haven't found it to be a very mild face wash. However, everyone is different, so you have to experiment with what works for you. This product definitely works for me and I'm glad Neutrogena sells this product! I'm a loyal customer and will continue to buy it as long as they make it.

PS - You may find a better price in your local grocery store, Walgreens, or even Walmart is selling it for around $7.50 as of December 2014. Just shop around and look on-line for the best price as I wouldn't pay around $10 a bottle for the product unless I had too.

I've used other brands of this type of product and I was disappointed that Neutrogena, which is probably my go to product for facial cleansers, didn't deliver like Stridex or Oxy pads. It left my face very sticky, so much I had the need to rinse it off after applying.

I use these pads when I start to notice zits on my chin and forehead. At night, I wash my face first with a loofah and then apply the pad without any moisturizer. Most of the time, the zits have gone done by morning!

Since I've started using this product 2 months ago, I've definitely notices a change for the better with my skin.

I first started using it once a day (it irritated a little but) but within a week I was able to use it twice a day. It absolutely does not dry out or irritate *my* skin at all, which is a great plus! In fact, I've noticed my skin is actually less dry and flaky since I've started using this.

It greatly minimizes my breakouts, and when they do happen they seem to not last as long. I ordered the 3-pack just last week -- this stuff is great and doesn't break the bank!

I bought this because my skin was getting really oily with the summer heat and I would look like a grease face minutes after doing my make up(EWWW!!). So I looked online for something to eliminate oil and stumbled across this. I LOVE it! The smell is very nice and it makes my face feel nice and dry (which feels great for a oily face). It helps to keep the shine under control- unless I'm in a intense situation or outside in the heat for a long period of time. Overall I am extremely happy with this product and it now has a place in my beauty regime!
