This is a great product for anyone to use but for a parent of a child who has Sensory Processing Disorder it works great. These obviously can be used in or out of water, currently we are using them in the pool during PT/swim and lets just say it makes a huge difference. Nice product, durable and it was also a great transaction right here on Amazon.com.

These water wrist weights are great in my aerobics class. The only issue I have with them is that when I am in a rush to get going in the class getting the strap through the loop is a challenge. It forces me to really slow down and take my time to do it. But when I am not in a rush these are great and getting them on is a cinch!

Maybe because I left them in the pool too long, but after a few weeks they opened up and a lot of black pebbles came out and were hard to clean up. So i recommend you don't leave them in the pool between uses, or get some that are tougher.

These are light, comfortable and easy to wear. I gave them away because..........I need more weight. If you want slight resistance, these are for you. I wanted a heavier weight.

If the velcro gets on the fabric of the weights it will eventually tear a hole in it, causing all the pellets to fall out. Plus the chlorine in the water weakens the fabric as well. Cut back the excess velcro so the excess doesn't attach to the fabric when you have them on. I've had two pairs of these.....will be looking for something else not filled with these pellets and made a little better.

I was disappointed in there. They loosen up in the water and eventually come off. So off you go trying to find them and get them with you toes. I would not recommended these for the pool.
