I liked the look of this case from the photo, but upon receipt decided it wouldn't provide enough protection. Although the contour back is firm, the rest of the case is quite flexible and thinly-padded. With the weight of the laptop inside, when using the shoulder strap, the entire case hangs a little crooked and misshapen. Papers kept inside with the laptop could easily get crumpled and bent up too. I was not impressed with the overall design and protection features and returned it.
