I've used Insomnia for several years now - it's great for those evenings when I know I need a good night's sleep and I'm just too wired up or have too much on my mind and end up tossing and turning. A few tablets under the tongue (no, they don't taste bad) and within a half hour I'm relaxed and comfortably dozing off, with no side effects such as dry mouth or morning grogginess like all of those "sleep aids" that are really just Benadryl with a different label.

I have no idea what is in this stuff, but it does what it is supposed to and doesn't do anything else :)

Hyland's Sleep Homeopathic remedy really works for me. As I've aged, (I'm 65) I was having trouble falling asleep. I started using melatonin many years ago and I found that helped, but I found it wasn't quite enough to allow me to stay a sleep.

I noticed from the first time I used Hyland's Sleep that I would become sleepy in about 30 to 40 minutes. I experience much less insomnia now. I even sleep through the whole night sometimes..

I bought these to help my husband who some times has trouble with waking in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep. They didn't seem to help him, in fact almost made it more difficult for him to sleep. I took some as well and didn't notice any difference in my sleep, but I don't generally have problems sleeping.
