Perhaps these were exactly as described, but I had trouble getting them to fit our 32-gallon trash can at all. In fact, it just doesn't fit at the top. The plastic is super, super thin. I suggest using these for only light trash. We used the bags to hold packages that were waiting to be shipped -- packages that are already in a poly mailer. These ripped over and over again. We had to use several layers. They are just not worth it. We've ended up with a much higher mil and that works best for us.

This is honestly a really great deal for the amount you get! They are on the thin side but it's just for my recycling anyway. I like to use clear bags for recycling so the trash man doesn't throw the recycling away thinking it's trash. They bags are great for what I needed them for! I highly recommend them.
