I've purchased bulk groceries thru Amazon for several years now. People don't buy cases of a product to be consumed in a few months so expiration dates ARE very important. I just read the expiration date on these...Feb 5, 2013. Had THAT been clearly stated on the product information, I would never have made the purchase. A short THREE month expiration period on a bulk purchase should be posted to consumers. Extremely disappointed.

LOVE this product. I make limeade every day with 3 squirts of this organic lime juice in a glass of water or seltzer, add a half teaspoon of organic Stevia powder, and VOILA!, I have a delicious refreshing drink. To have a 12 pack in the pantry is fabulous!

First, don’t worry too much about the expiration date. I just made lime curd, using containers that had previously expired.

I just saved myself the trouble of juicing lemons or limes. That takes most of the time, when making curd.

The lime curd was delicious!

A highly recommended product!

It did take awhile to figure out how to open the container. There is a flap at the top of the container, and that lifts up.

Great product and super size. Handy size that does not go stale in fridge. No preservatives either!! It is made from fresh organic lime juice( not from concentrate), citric acid, and oranic lime oil. All this gives you a burst of flavor! Refrigeration required only after it is opened.

Fresh, convenient. Like it in the larger container than it was in before. Difficult to open. Use knife of other tool to pry the plastic closure open. It would be nice to come up with a easier to open design that doesn't require a tool to get to contents.
