I'm someone that always looks for natural remedies for health and healing. Also, before jumping to conclusions about something, I like to have a fairly adequate amount of evidence in regards to the things that I review and more specifically the supplements I take. So, here's the gist:

I've been taking Coral Calcium for approximately a year now. Since doing so I FEEL better than I've felt in years and more importantly, I haven't been sick nearly at all aside from a sniffle or two hear and there. As someone that would often get sick simply by looking at someone else with a cold, I'm amazed at the fact that I have a daughter that is 8, that has been sick a few times along with some others that have been around me and I've yet to show signs of anything more than a sniffle or slight cough once or twice.

More importantly, I got my mother on this product after she had been having nightly bouts with acid-reflux. This product along with coconut water seem to have completely cured her acid-reflux as she has not had ONE CASE of it since starting the regimen.

I will also stress that in addition to taking the Coral Calcium, I take New Chapter Every Man Multivitamins pretty much daily, I eat fairly healthy and organic whenever possible. In addition, I drink coconut water almost daily along with Kombucha pretty much on a weekly basis. Finally, I drink Artesian Water as much as possible. So to say that my good health can solely be attributed to the Coral Calcium would be an uncertainty. However, I do believe that it does help considerably and that I do start to notice a difference if I go several days without taking any.

Bottom line: for me it is well worth the price and I have noticed I feel better while taking this supplement. However, I would always recommend someone try it and judge for themselves.

Early onset osteoporosis treatment. Coral calcium is the best source of calcium for the body to absorb. One drawback to this brand is that you have to take six capsules a day. Two with each meal. Easy to swallow two capsules at a time.

I have tried a number of magnesium products and the trouble I had was with diarrhea. This product works for me. If you tend to be constipated this will help, but not to the point of diarrhea. The reason I need this product is to resolve nightly leg cramps and it works! Am in my early 70s. I take only 2 capsules a day.

I only gave 2 stars because after using just one day it seemed to cause dryness in my intestines. Next movement was not good (dry) and that is not at all normal for me. Maybe I did not drink enough water that day... I will try again and see how it goes.
