Directions
Diretions: Drop one tablet into enough very warm water (not hot) to cover denture or appliance. Place denture into effervescing solution, which will change from blue to gold. After 15 minutes, remove and rinse denture thoroughly. Denture is clean and odor free. For best results, brush dentures using the Efferdent Plus solution and then rinse dentures again. Clean with Efferdent Plus at least once a day. Dentures may be soaked safely in Efferdent Plus overnight Recommended for use on full or partial dentures and removable orthodontic appliances.

Laugh if you will but I didn't purchase these for denture cleaning. I use them as an easy alternative to harsh toilet bowl cleaners. Drop in one or two every week or so and the bowl stays fresh. Another method is to put them in the tank itself.

I used Efferdent 20+ years ago to clean my retainers after having braces. They worked great back then. Now I wear a night guard for teeth grinding. Efferdent is great at keeping the night guard clean.

I use Efferdent to clean my Invisalign retainer during the day so that all I have to do is rinse it and pop it in my mouth when I'm ready for bed. Using the denture cleaner minimizes wear and tear on the retainer and keeps it very clean. It also helps to ensure that Lazy Me will actually wear the retainer at night rather than deciding I can go "just one more day." ;)

Can get it cheaper at the Dollar Tree, way cheaper. $1 for 24. But GREAT product. Use it to clean WAY more than dentures... night guards, mouth guards for sports and even use in hard to clean water bottles for a proper cleaning!

Truthfully, I made an error and purchased this instead of the regular brand that I use. This takes 15 minutes of soaking my denture whereas the other brand takes only 3 minutes, and does a great job. I don't like having to wait 15 minutes for a fairly decent job when I can get a better outcome after just 3 minutes. This is good and I do use it in emergencies - if I run out of my other cleanser, but it can't compare to that 3 minute soak, and it doesn't do quite the same job.

This stuff does a great job cleaning any stains off of your dentures, including stuck on adhesive that may be left over. I usually rinse my dentures in really warm water to remove most of the "gunk", then drop them in the cup with one of these tablets and hot water for an overnight soak. You can also do a 15 minute soak that works pretty well too.

I had been using Polident overnight tabs but decided there were enough times when I did not want to wait that long before putting my denture and partial in so I could eat a meal, so I gave these a try. I really have no way to know how well either cleans or have cleaned my teeth, but the Efferdent plus did what it was designed to do which was foam up in my denture bath of hot-warm water and turn blue to indicate the cleaning solution was active. My teeth look no different which at least means they came out clean to my eyes and I will purchase the same tabs when I am running low on my present supply.
