This claims to be alcohol free but the first inactive ingredient on the label is BENZYL ALCOHOL. I emailed the company about this but they NEVER replied. This is a dumb company.
Other wise my child likes the flavor.

My dental hygienist recommended Act mouthwash as one of my best choices for a fine mouthwash. I then recommended this to a friend for his children. Act works to ward off cavities in children and the bubble gum taste isn't bad at all. It is also alcohol free. Good! The kids will actually enjoy it.

It's easy enough to use. Your child simply needs to swish it around in their mouth for about one minute and spit it out. Whatever you do, DON'T let them swallow it! They'll get sick. Use this before any expiration date that you see on the bottle.

I notice that they write above that people shouldn't eat or drink for thirty minutes after using this mouthwash. That seems about right. This way the mouthwash rinse and the residual mouthwash on your child's teeth get a good chance to strengthen teeth and fight bad breath, too.

Overall, this mouthwash for children is rather good at what it does. I highly recommend it. If you have any questions pertaining to the specific needs of your child or children, ask their dentist before letting them use this mouthwash.

Most toothpastes today already contain fluoride. This product (from J & J ) is a great supplement specially for people and kids who are very picky. The taste is very pleasant. Not too minty and not too sweet. It is very mild, unlike the taste of Listerine or Cepacol which no way my kids will put in their mouths -this is not a mouthwash by the way; just a fluoride supplement.

I love the unique, ingenious way it dispenses. You squeeze the bottle and it comes up on the top of the bottle which has a small receptacle and is just enough fill for a gargle.

Do you need it? Well, it is really up to you and how you handle your dental hygiene.
