Do NOT order this book as an E-Book! You can only print out 19 pages every 7 days. As a diet book, if you can't have it handy and accessible it doesn't do you much good. I have had to order the paperback (which I'm excited about), but have not had good luck trying to get a refund and return the e-book.

This book has all of the information needed for this diet. It is a good reference guide for people that are constantly on the go. I would highly recommend it.

It's great if you have the Big book, the one that teaches you about the 3 hours diet how it works and what to do. This "on the go" it's really useful ,has lot of information so you know what you can eat when you go out or when you have a busy day and don't have enough time to cook or just like me that have a sweet tooth ! now I can indulge myself dieting!! that's great! Love it!

Great Diet sometimes it's hard to eat every three hours but he makes it work and makes you want to work hard to stay on it. Even better you can eat all the foods you love no "bad" foods to stay away from.

I also purchased one of Jorge's other books, "The Belly Fat Cure" (which i very highly recommend) in the same book order, however, i feel that i wasted my money on this one. It is very well written and would be handy for anyone living in the U.S. however since i live in Australia, even though we have many of the same fast-food outlets, the menus are apparently VERY different. There was not a single fast-food option in the whole book that was relevant to Australia, and i would bet this is similar in other foreign countries as well.
This is of course thru no fault of the author/publisher, but should serve as a warning to anyone living outside the U.S. considering to purchase this book - think twice!

For American buyers, it is a very convenient pocket size for taking "on the go", and has great very straight forward suggestions on what to eat and where. I imagine it would make meal choices easy for those away from home. I only wish it was relevant to me! :(

Lot's of East coast restaurants, not so great if you live in the west. Also for the restaurants that are in west, most of the entries are no longer offered. Pretty much was useless for me.
