I ordered this treadmill belt and upon receipt saw that they had shipped the wrong width. My first thought was "Oh no, I have to deal with a customer service department". It seems like companies never admit errors and I just knew it would be a hassle. I couldn't have been more wrong. When I called the company they were very apologetic and said they would send out the correct belt. I received it in less than 24 hours, along with a label to put on the original box to return to them. That's what I call GREAT customer service, and in this day and age, that is so rare. I would definitely order from them again. Oh, and yes, the belt is a quality belt and seems even better than the original.
