I'm thrilled with my purchase. My computer zings! Even before the new video card and extra RAM, I noticed a big improvement in performance and was able to run streaming video without hesitations and choppiness.

This CPU I purchased was a great upgrade from my low end Pentium D I had before. My computer is just quick and nimble, it does everything very well I throw at it, from Bluray viewing, word documents, and downloading music, all at the same time! I even play graphic intensive games it does very, very well, of course paid up with a nice video card, such as my Nvidia 8800 GT. Pentium D are the best out there without having to change the motherboard and such just to accommodate those new Core 2 Duo CPUs.
Just make sure you do your research to make sure its compatible with your computer.

One of the best investments ive ever made!! basicly doubled the speed of my computer.... no problems with install or compatibility.... pays to do homework on these types of things.... thanks alot!
