If our product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Gatco will, at its option, either repair or replace the product with a similar current model of the product. Gatco provides a lifetime finish warranty to our polished chrome products. All other finishes carry a limited finish warranty of 5 years. Commercial purchasers: Gatco extends the above limited warranty to purchasers of products for industrial, commercial and business use upon the same terms and conditions and exclusions applicable to residential purchasers, except that the finish and functionality warranty periods are reduced to a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Care and maintenance. Soft clean cloth is all that is required to clean our products. No harsh chemicals as they can damage the protective coatings and finishes.

This shelf is solid. The glass is a good thickness, and conveys quality. The metal has a nice brushed look. The top caps that secure the shelf do not consume too much real estate. I can see how someone who didn't know what they were doing would struggle with the install. The template wasn't all that useful. I basically assembled the shelf and held it up to the wall. I marked a small dot at the base of each circle. Before marking, I used a level to confirm that each side was the proper height. I then used the distance between the two circles (listed on the template) to confirm the manual markings. I cut out the circle section of the template and used that to identify the two drill holes, lining up my small dot to the bottom of the circle template.

The glass gets a little loose after a few weeks and may need tightening every now and tehn.

Bought this a year ago, just got around to mounting it. At least at that time, the mounting instructions and template are nearly a quarter inch off from where the mounting holes are drilled in the shelf. We did get it up after a little struggle, and it's a pretty shelf. It's heavy and does want to be mounted securely, however.

Good Shelf for the price. Thickness of glass about 1/4 inch. Mounting template is printed on the outside of the box. The center of he mounting holes in the glass were not aligned with the template so I did not use the template. Installation was not difficult, but tightening the set screw into the mounting bracket will require that the hex head wrench be inserted and removed several times.There is insufficient clearance for the wrench to turn 360 degrees as the set screw is next to the wall.

This shelf is exactly what I was looking for. Our guest bath sink doesn't have much room to put anything on it. This was installed so any overnight guests will have someone to put things like their toothbrush, contacts, etc. It's not a huge shelf but perfect for those little things. It was very easy to install. Since we were installing into tile we did not use the anchors that came with the shelf but something more appropriate for tile. The pattern supplied worked well and everything in the box was in order - no chips or missing parts. For the price you really can't beat it!

This item is a little pricey, but if you're like me and you want nice things for your house it's worth paying a little more. After all, you're going to see this in your bathroom every day as long as you own your house. This item is beautiful and I didn't find it difficult to mount, but then I've had my house for 16 years and have hung many shelves on the wall so I've had lots of practice. The quality is very good and the glass shelf is very thick. Highly recommended.

These glass shelves look great over our toilet for small items. I ordered two and really like the modern, clean look. There are two options to hang them: close or floating away from wall. We opted to,let them float away from wall. My husband had no problems hanging them. Cane with everything ended and good directions. Recommend.
