Yeah, it's boring grey!! Who care's. I cared. That's why I painted it with spray paint. Now we have a good prop. The spray paint didn't have any issues sticking and took this from a black and white dull prop, to a fun color prop.

This toy has went far beyond a costume prop. My son has "chopped" wood outside and even used it to shovel the snow. Who would have know so much entertainment would come from a costume accessory?!

My daughter needed a plastic axe so she could dress up as the Tin Man for Halloween and I found this little gem. It's large enough to look like an axe for a child yet small enough that it wasn't unwieldy when she went trick-or-treating.

Definitely a costume accessory, but still fun for kids to tote around in make believe. It is a soft plastic (think the "fake" barbies of the 80s), so a toddler running around this could do damage to knick-nacks, but won't do too much damage to their family members! Works great as a prop.

This toy serves it's purpose. It was much larger than I expected but I guess that's just because my son is 3! It would be perfect for an adult but it's half the size of my son. Completes his tin man costume though so I'm happy with it.

This is a great prop! It looks just like the Tin Man's axe but of course is made out of plastic so it's great for kids to use along with their Tin Man costume.
