I bought this CD over ten years ago. I consider it one of the best for Civil War music. Actually I recommend any by the 97th Regimental String Band

This is also fun to play for St Parrick's Day as this disc focuses on the Irish.

This CD is addictive, once you put it in your CD player it will get stuck there. Before long, you'll know every song by heart and will be singing along with them Great Irish tunes and wonderful harmony of voices... I highly recommend this CD!

When I was little, my dad had civil war music tapes, and my favorite was "the blue one". I am so glad to see this on CD. Looking forward to it being back in stock.
