I know this product is advertised as outdoor-rated, but when I saw it while browsing through Amazon, it piqued my attention as something that would make my life much more simple indoors.
Pros:
-Individual covers for each outlet for weather-sealing outdoors
-Transparent color doesn't look particularly gawdy regardless of where you install it
-The angle of the plug means that when you plug it into the wall, the cords you install will point down, keeping all the cords more neatly arranged than a power strip
-Low profile (about an 1 1/4 inch) protrusion, and since the cords point down, there's no cables sticking straight out from the wall
-Can be used with most power strips to increase capacity without increasing more cords
-Small orange internal light indicates that the plug is getting power (helpful when using outdoors with outlets on switches)
Cons:
-It doesn't come in other colors?
-No convenient way of getting the weather sealing flaps out of the way
(There's are pretty minor because there's not really much to say in this category)
I have half of a dozen of these scattered around the house because I find them just so useful. Super useful.

The Coleman Cable/Woods/Tradesman 4327C is fine for its intended use, but the plug does not have weather seals and the back of the package clearly states in two locations that the plug is for indoor use only. The reviews on these pages about the product's suitability for outdoor use are for a different plug. Featuring them here is a dangerous error.
