It was just what my daughter was looking for her Halloween costume. Only thing we didn't like about it was the beads were to shiny. Would of looked more authentic if they didn't have the shine but overall we were very pleased with it.

rearranged the teeth and made it look like a new necklace

DELIVERY WAS NOT AS EXPECTED!!!!! Arrived in time for Halloween, but not by the date it was guaranteed so I was unable to deliver it when I left for my trip to see my daughter and had to pay extra for shipping it to her.... I get that it's plastic, but the black beads were really shinny and didn't look too authentic being so shinny... but for the price... you can't beat it. I took this apart, added some brown wooden beads, rearranged the teeth and made it look like a new necklace. turned out great. You can also take it apart and make a bracelet out of it and get two for one ;) ... you would have to buy black twine.. use half of the teeth for the necklace and the beads and rubber band for the bracelet... this was my original plan, but I found a super cool bracelet in my jewelry box that will work perfect for my daughter's costume

Looks as Expected, Worked for Rufio Costume

This necklace was for a custom Rufio costume I made for myself. It was about the same quality you would find in a Halloween store, and is on an elastic cord. The item was made well enough to last through at least another fall season of dressing up. The little bones look cool, and I can see myself using this for a wide variety of items during Halloween. Also there's a bonus of not trying to find this item in a messy poorly-stocked Halloween shop in the busy season. :)

Quality Product All Around

I spray painted it green for my Sideshow Mel Halloween costume. It was perfect for it. As for the size and fit, if for whatever reason you wanted it tighter around your neck, it would be very easy to simply untie, remove some beads and re-tie. The string used is also elastic, so that is an added plus. Quality product all around.
