Coat is alright quality, it does not seem that warm it is more of a flap on the back. The sizing is also off. the seller says (not in the listing but in a reply to a question) the sizes are Size:Small: 10" - 14"Medium: 14" - 19"Large: 19" - 24" - we ordered a medium but the total length of the jacket is 14" and the way it sits on the dog it rides up on her neck because of how it fastens so you have to really measure from the base of the dog's scull all the way to the base of the tail which adds about 5-6" to our measurements.

I wish the seller had better sizing criteria on the listing and because the jacket attaches with velcro and not elastic there should be a chest measurement because there is only a few inches of velcro to attach with.

I love this coat! I live on the coast in the middle of CA and it's normally very moderate during the winters, but with El Nino here it's already pretty cold to us. This isn't a coat for the Midwest or Eastern part of US. It's perfect for here. I have a 11 lb long-haired Chiweenie and the Medium fits her perfect. It's big enough to have a sweater or harness under it just fine. BTW, it isn't waterproof, but it dries super fast and it never gets that wet when it rains.

Adorable, affordable, and practical. What else can you ask for? I bought a large for my 23 pound Beagle/Dachshund mix. It is a touch too big to give you a little reference, but it is still wearable. The Velcro allows for a little tolerance in between sizes. I probably could have went medium, but I am happy with it still.

This coat for my little Rat Terrier (Rat Terror) has worked well. I can say he loved the fact that the coat also had the velcro and didn't chafe like some dog coats. It kept him warm while working outside in the yard. I did find that this coat is not dog chew proof though. He found the coat and decided to test its derability out by chewing a hole straight through to the other side. Needless to say, fixed the coat with Gaff Tape and it seems to work just fine.

shipped fast. ordered medium for 12lb chihuahua mix. Long enough to cover. Nice wide velcro under the belly. I have a female, but it wouldn't obstruct a male doggie, just nice coverage if your dog is close to the ground. i had to move the velcro over on the neck to be able to fasten it smaller. i think it is just my dog's small head. Very easy to move if you sew. nice wind and snow protection. when I take it off it is still warm, so I can tell it does a good job insulating.
