I use these in a " Tropical " grow room with 2 85 watt full spectrum CFL Bulbs per Lampholder, my orchids ( planted from seeds ) just love this setup!

Just like the picture, holds two bulbs for repairing a lamp or creating a new one. I used it for a shop light with two 105 watt cfl's, The brackets are not ultra strong so if you are trying to put a huge shade on it you may get some flex.

It was exactly what I needed for a grow light project. Was disappointed that it contained no nuts. Had to go buy a package at Home Depot. Even one would have made for a better rating.
