Seriously. I'm not 12. I need a slightly bigger controller, and this one is great! That being said, definitely don't work on anything except original XBoxes.

XBox, XBox360 (XBox 2), XBone (XBox 3). <- This controller only works on the first one. You can use it on PC if you get a modder to make you an adapter, though. The adapters are unnoficial, as are the drivers.

I like the controller, though I'm not sure if it works yet. I bought this to play on my modded xbox but the controller does not come with the proper connection to play on the xbox. I need to now buy an adapter..more $$ to spend.

The early model xbox used to include this controller and it's heavy duty for those who can dish out a real beating on a regular basis. I'm not the most keen on it's d-pad or how the analog feels, but there's some titles out there that simply make having this in your collection a god-send as the regular s-type controller can be worn out after excessive use. One of the best examples being Gun Valkyrie, which makes mashing in the sticks a focal part of it's gameplay. I also think the button layout is a little hard to access, but some fighting game fans may like it a hell of a lot better then the official SF pads Capcom was promoting awhile back.

Overall it's a great piece of hardware to have, just remember it's one of those things you'll want if you don't want to wear your sticks out.

When the item was received I proceeded to use it as normal. Lets face it it is used. It also has a very long cable which is susceptible to fraying. After a few uses I noticed the cable was the cause for a periodic interrupted connection. I noticed a fray had begun at the point where the cable enters the controller (this is the weakest point due to constant twisting and turning of the controller) I traced it to the point where the fray had occurred and wrapped that point with electrical tape. I attached the cable to the controller. Now the cable is positioned so that there is minimal chance of pulling the fray out of position. The controller has continued to perform with no further issues.

The system wants me to rate this "game" LOL. But it's a controller and as controllers go it works just fine. I bought it by accident but since I actually have an Xbox I suppose it will do. I am one of the few who still hold on to my old Xbox although I have the newer Xbox 360.

The controlers feel great even for being so large. But they didn't come with the adapter to plug into the Xbox, which got me into a rather large gigle fit. However you can still buy the adapters for around $7-$10. Idk if every product has the adapter but mine didn't.
