Not as durable as it looks

I didn't buy this exact model, but a similar one without the rope pattern handle. Mine broke at the pivot pin since the shaft had been drilled there for the pin and the metal was thin there. It couldn't handle the heavier logs. Plus the 28" length is not sufficient for comfortable handling of logs - I'd prefer at least a 36" distance between my hands and the fire. Especially when I need two hands to lift a particularly heavy log.
