Tough to work with if you've never used it before

Size: Quart

If you are new to this product, practice, practice, practice before you use it on you project. I found it difficult to work with. At first I guess I didn't add enough stain, and it got super thick really fast. Then with my final project I thinned it to much, and it didn't fill the pores as much as I wanted.

There are not to many options with wood grain filler. So, practice makes perfect.

Amazing stuff, looks amazing on Quarter Sawn oak. Recommend to mix with a stain as per instructions.

Didn't work for me...

Really didn't work for me on my old oak cabinets. Followed instructions using old masters wipe off stain 2:1 ratio, worked it in, and grain is very noticeable. Using three coats of premium primer, two top coats proclassis and grain still shows through. Only good thing is we are not going for that glass white/off refinishing of our cabinets but more using glaze to give it more of a distress look, which is better is some of grain shows through.

This isn't the first time I've used this product. Have used it on mahogany and red oak. Follow the instructions and you will see and feel a marked improvement in appearance of finished product used on.
