I FOLD THEM STICKY SIDES TOGETHER AND USE UNDER BREASTS AND UNDER THE APRON I HAVE TO COLLECT SWEAT. KEEPS ME FROM GETTING SORES THAT DIABETICS GET OFTEN. I USE THEM IN MY UNDERWEAR AND THEY ARE GREAT. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY WOMAN WHO IS HEAVY AND GOING THROUGH MENOPAUSE. OR JUST HAVING A URINARY PROBLEM
