This tea was o.k., as far as flavor, not very impressive. I'm not sure that it had any ingredient to help promote weight loss. Guarding my intake, keeping away from extra calories and drinking this tea, did not help me lose weight.

Really like the tea, and it did cause moderate weight loss, however, it also caused intestinal upset which it said it wouldn't.
