We bought one of these and tried it out on a Skype call. The remote Skype user was able to hear the conversation in the room quite well and the device picked up all parties around the table clearly. However, it was a bust when the remote user (who was using earphones and a microphone) tried to talk. The remote user heard very choppy audio during the time he was trying to talk and had to turn is receive volume off to avoid being distracted. It's sort of like you need a "push to talk" handset. I've concluded that this device doesn't do full duplex and does conversation "turnaround" very poorly. We are taking it back for a refund.

Works great on Windows 7 x64. I installed the UK drivers (downloaded from logitech UK website) and it integrates flawlessly with Skype. If you need Skype functionality, do not use the drivers from the CD in the box (due to some licensing disputes, it does not include Skype support.)
The quality of the speakers/mic is really good.

Works as advertised with Yahoo.
However, I cannot use the Advanced Echo Cancellation, only the basic. Advanced Echo Cancellation only creates more echoes for some reason.

All else is perfect low-cost, low bandwidth solution for long conference calls (Yahoo does not charge for toll-free numbers) from home office.
