Works well for me, but I had to add a chain[a simple $5.00 fix] to the back because the strap does not hold in postion for my boyfriend[ he weighes 220lbs.] It let's loose into full inversion without it. I'ts not difficult to assemble, but you need real tools to tighten the bolts. I like the ease of folding. It feels solid for me at 138lbs, but I think anyone over 200 lbs is pushing it to the limit.

I had retired for good from working on cars and doing intensive labor work do to back ache. Bought one of these inversion tables as a friend recommended it as a solution to my aches. When I was younger did a lot of surfing, working on cars back to back and did a lot of yard work, like any teenager without thinking of the consequences.


I do recommend you follow the break-in process of light inversion, do not go to aggressive or will harm yourself. Also, clear with your doctor as I heard people with heart, diabetes, circulatory problems must exercise extreme precautions.

Pros:

I can do both inversions, facing up or down.
Very well built, folds enough to store against a corner of the master bedroom.
Adjustable for different heights, even my mom who is 5'-3" used it.

Cons:

No way it will fit underneath the bed, too big.
Instructions could be better.
To me is no big deal, but MAX WEIGHT is around 250 pounds.
Recommended to use boots or tennis shoes to protect ankles, may experience some pain discomfort at the ankles while you get used to it.

Verdict:

I highly recommend, I bought it with free shipping, this thing weight around 70 to 80 pounds so it was a good deal.
Highly recommend to use it after working out (when body is very warm) or after a 10 to 15 minute warm-up routine to get best results.
