Directions

Baked Trout: For four whole trout: run fish through fresh water and place in aluminum foil or baker's parchment. Place butter and lemon slices and out with seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes depending on your preference. Serve with rice. Garnish with fresh thyme.

This is the first time I have purchased anything from the Colorado Spice Company. I'm a big fan of the WILD Salmon coming down from Alaska, and I couldn't resist giving this a try-out.

Unlike most spices, This gets even better with the more you put on the Filet. The flavor is very complimentary and NOT overpowering!!!!! I LOVE this stuff! Ever since I first tried this I have eaten Salmon at least twice a week.

Even though they jacked up the price over $3, I can't recommend this enough.

Excellent with Salmon. Just add some olive oil and coat with the rub and cook as desired. I also added a light dusting after it was cooked. Highly recommend!

This is a simple way to make healthy fish entrees. I mix the rub with a little lime or lemon juice and a little melted butter or olive oil. Rub the filet with the mixture. Then just bake, broil or grill your filet. I use about half the amount recommended on the package. The Ahi Tuna rub is great too. Excellent flavor!
