Very comfortable and really cuts down on noise. I've never slept so well. Key to inserting the plug is to hold it in place while it re-expands this way you get the max comfort and most sound reduction.

i would not have a good nights sleep without these. my hubby snores , and it would take me forever to fall asleep. i have just ordered 4 more boxes, life savors.
trick is to pull the ear a little while putting them in.

I found these plugs to be unusable. They slip out of my ears (no matter how well I try to insert them) and provide VERY little soundproofing.
