I have IBS, and I was prescribed Caprylate Complex from a IBS treatment center. The purpose of them is to kill off bad bacteria and yeast. As far as I can tell, my gut feels a lot better, and the bloated gut i used to get has cleared up considerably. After I took these for 30 days, I was instructed to take probiotics to introduce good bacteria back into my guy. I am happy with the results.
